VEHICLES WILL BE REMOVED AND PLACED IN OUR OUTSIDE LOT ON Sat. May 1, 2027
If a vehicle needs to remain in storage beyond May 1st, 2027, arrangements can be made, and additional charges will apply.
EARLY REMOVAL FEE OF $250.00
If a vehicle needs to be removed before May 1st, 2027, a $250.00 early removal fee will be applied.
Heated Rate: $9.00 per lineal foot
Example: (Length x Rate) x 6 mos. = Total seasonal fee. (22' x $9.00) x 6 mos. = $1,188.00. Length is rounded to the nearest foot. 0-5 inches round down, 6-11 inches round up.
Un-Heated Rate: $8.00 per lineal foot
Example: (Length x Rate) x 6 mos. = Total seasonal fee. (22' x $8.00) x 6 mos. = $1,056.00. Length is rounded to the nearest foot. 0-5 inches round down, 6-11 inches round up.
Rental Rate is based on the length of the vehicle being stored.
All vehicles must be measured for entire length to include bumpers, trailers, hitches, racks, and accessories. Measurements will be verified at drop-off. A $75.00 additional fee will be charged for any vehicle 30' or larger.
Example Calculation for Seasonal Rental Fee
30' Travel Trailer in Heated Storage to be removed BEFORE May 1, 2027
30 x $9.00 x 6 = $1,620.00
Fee for 30' and over = +$75.00
Fee for early removal = +$250.00
Total Seasonal Rental Fee = $1,945.00
No refunds for early departures.
